“This location is the best. I have eaten at multiple locations, but the food just tasted better. My food was hot and very fresh. I didn't have to wait long at all. The employees here are fast and efficient. When I am working in the area, this will be my go to spot.“

UPDATE: Drove up last night to get two items. I sat waiting for a whole ten minutes for the customer in front of me to stop holding a lengthy conversation with the clerk. This is not a therapy session... it's FAST food. This is not the first time this has happened.“

“Went through the drive thru to get the Tuesday 10$ bucket. 1st girl said they did that on Thursday. Then Mahogany came over to help and she was great. Got our order in; and they do have the Tuesday deal. She was very accommodating,polite and courteous. Best experience I've had since going there.“

“The best chicken since my Grandmothers' !!!! This experience is the best. I have had some good chicken from Canes'---I lived in Baton Rouge for many years--but Cowboy's is the best by far. The personnel working there are all awesome, making for a great experience all around. The experience of eating good food is quite hard to find in this day and time. I've heard about Big Chic and I saw gizzards.
Friendly staff too.

This Big chic does not have a bathroom or a place to eat, but don't worry about that.

“I really don’t like having to rate a place with less than 5 stars, but maybe it was an off day !?
My wife & I had left a morning biometric screening (which required us fasting, so we were hungry) & decided to get CFA.
Our usual experience is to order online & proceed to the facility for pickup, which usually has a “mobile” line. This one didn’t, so there were 2 lines (mixed).
Once we arrived & in the front, we had 2 vehicles go around us (while we waited for our order).
Once we got our order, my wife checked for the sauces &we were gone (trusting our order was correct).
Driving away we realized 1 of our orders was slightly incorrect.
Of course, we ate them anyways !?
The employees serving us were exceptional !!!“

“The girl, giving out food. We watched her give away our 2 chocolate milk shakes. Then when we got to the window and had to sit. They finally asked for our name, I told them, and what it was. The girl inside wanted to know what happened to the ones she just made. We told her what happened. They did remake ours thankfully.“

“I did DoorDash pick up and my app decided when I was picking my food up was a great time to not work. The employee (didn’t catch her name) was nice and patient with me about the whole thing, and even helped me out to confirm my order.

They’re always super friendly in there, it’s always clean, and the food never tastes overly greasy.“

“The food is Always good. I love the atmosphere. There is great music playing with a train running on the tracks overhead. The decor takes me back to the show Happy Days with the Fonz (Henry Winkler). They even feature a stuffed cool cow on a motorcycle set at eye level for everyone to see & admire. Of course the entire Team is awesome! It’s our home away from home. It’s an experience you don’t want to miss!“

“I called to inquire about catering an event. I was unsure what to order. The sweet lady that helped me was incredible! I believe she said she was the manager. My order was ready when I picked it up and exactly as promised! Our event was wonderful and everyone bragged on the chicken salad!
