Food was delicious but food was delicious but the customer service in the restaurant was not friendly or attentive. The cashier and some other restaurant worker were just sending there talking about men and all kind of other business that should have been put on hold or to the side until the customer was taken care of. Very unprofessional
I’m from out of state and came to Atlanta on a business trip. It was my first time out south and decided to try American deli. Not sure if it’s all of its locations, but the food here was amazing. I got it three different times and it was always hot, fresh, tasty and took at the most 5 minutes before it was done. The service behind the counter wasn’t chick fil a levels of customer service, but I always felt taken care of and knew my order was going to be right....read full review

American Deli offers fast food service with fresh and generous portions. The small chef salad and Reuben sandwich are popular choices, praised for their quality and taste. Customers have mentioned that the wings are good and flavorful, with some noting that the BBQ and hot wings are satisfying. However, the location is not ideal, as the dining area can be messy and not very clean, and the restaurant does not allow customers to use the restrooms. One customer shared that their wings were small but still tasty, and although there was no sign indicating the lack of root beer, they found the food to be good overall. Despite some issues with cleanliness and signage, American Deli continues to provide satisfying meals and a generally positive dining experience.
