“We went on a Saturday night to find out that their weekly delivery did not make it that week so they were out of almost everything. We decided to stay and ended up trying some sides we never would have if our go to options would have been available. Everything was delicious and cooked to our request (steaks). The young lady who was running the counter and checkout did a fantastic job! I don’t know how much she makes but she definitely deserves more! “I just left your barbecue joint and I just want to let y’all know that this is probably some of the best barbecue I’ve had in a really long time I live up in northern South Carolina and we have decent barbecue but nothing like this. I bought way more food than I could ever handle on my own, but I am happily stuffing my face about to enter into a blissful meat coma. Thank you so much! Your staff was super friendly, too! I only come down here for work once a week at most but I will most certainly be back!“
“The lady who runs this little hotdog stand is such a bright, shiny person. She is a beautiful soul. First time I’ve ever had lemon pepper fries and I’m telling you right now. They are amazing! Anybody who loves coleslaw on their dogs you gotta get out here and get some.“
“I think I was exceptionally nice on a four point star I must say the meats was good. Definitely better then Chef Red in Augusta! Now what I didn’t care for was the sides. Macaroni and collard greens was ok. Just ok. Collards needed more soul and less vinegar. It give me can greens. Macaroni was cooked too dark for me. Where is the cheese! If I am ever in the area again. Definitely would give it a second chance“

“They serve the best take out BBQ and vegetables I’ve ever had, bar none. Sometimes it’s hard to get ahold of them, but it’s worth the trouble. What’s good? Chopped pork and chopped beef, Collard Greens, Mac and Cheese, green beans, everything I’ve tried. And the sauce is fantastic, too. WAIT! I forgot about the ribs! Don’t forget the ribs!“
