Rolling Smoak BBQ & Grill is a hidden gem and the real deal for top-tier BBQ and steaks. Many consider it the best around, with reviews praising the incredibly tender and smoky brisket, fall-off-the-bone ribs, and juicy pulled pork. The steaks, including a 14oz Wagyu from Reidsville GA, are frequently highlighted as big, cooked perfect to order, and packed with amazing flavor. The food is described as amazingly seasoned and showing real care and craftsmanship.
The baked potato casserole, key lime cake, and banana pudding, especially the pint size, are also noted as delicious. The staff is very friendly and the owner is nice, providing great service at the front of the house. The establishment has spacious and clean bathrooms and plenty of room for parking.
Some feedback notes that while the front is great, the back of the house staff can sometimes seem rude.
