Insanely expensive. It's good, but the prices make no sense, it's not like it's homemade.
I visited the Shake Shop on a Monday. I got a Cookie dough milkshake and my hubby got a sundae. Presentation was great and they tasted good. My only complaint is that they melted so fast! Also, service was very lackluster.
It’s 100 degrees outside in South Georgia let’s go with some friends and all the kids to get some ice cream! This is the only true ice cream shop in Hinesville so they got it but the prices and customer service STINK!! That’s why the 3 stars. Don’t look at me stank when I come in on a 100 degree day to get ice cream. $30 for 3 people and a stank attitude there went your tip. Meh. Ice cream was good though and that’s what I went there for.

The SHAKE SHOP offers a variety of unique ice cream flavors, including the popular 'Superman' flavor, and they give really huge scoops. The prices are reasonable, though some find them a little high, and the non-dairy options are a great addition. While the cleanliness of the shop can be improved during operating hours, the friendly staff and the overall experience make it a 10/10 recommendation. They also serve great burgers and shakes, perfect for a family night out. The ice cream is nothing fancy but comes in many flavors, though the waffle cones might be stale since they're constantly exposed. Service is great but can be lackluster when busy, and a little music would be nice.
