“Our server kamiya was sweet and kind and tried real hard. She put out ticket in and 20 mins later the cook told he did not get it. She apologized to us and retook our order and put it in again.Then the cook Mimo was getting on to her because he ended up receiving the ticket twice.Because he told her, he did not get the first one.He was getting onto her so loudly that we could hear him out here in the dining room.And then he didn't even make our food correctly, because he was so mad.And irritated, he was talking to the servers like they were trash.If this is the kind of atmosphere that we're gonna have when we come here.I do not want to come back.Somebody needs to do something about that cook.He has no right to treat those servers like that.“

“Sometimes a server can take a very good spot and turn it into a great spot. This is exactly what happened to us when we visited on 12/5/25. Emma was extraordinary. Welcoming, patient, so very patient with us. We won't forget our day at Reveille. I am certain we won't forget Emma either. 5 star service with an exclamation point.“

“Our cook Lamont was fabulous! The food he prepared was delicious. The server had room to improve and we will leave it at that. Yet, Mr. Lamont saved our experience by not only preparing and cooking our food but by also serving our food and getting the things we needed at our table during our meal. Very pleasant interaction with him.“

“I have to say, that has to be one of my top 3 WaffleHouse visits. We were tired grumpy, have been at the hospital all day and just wanted to eat. I had a deluxe bacon burger, she had a two egg breakfast with hashbrowns and grits. My sister is extremely picky. She always sends something back to be redone. Not this time. Everything was delicious and cooked correctly. I'm grateful for a good meal after a trying day. Thank you.“

“I've eaten in person and I've placed an order online and each time I received great service. When we sat down, they Associate wasted no time asking for our drink. Our order was taken and it came out hot and ready to eat. When I went to pick up my order, or was ready and I didn't have to wait.“

“I’ve grown up in West Cobb most of my life and everytime we come to this IHOP we are never disappointed. Today was especially pleasant as we had Kim as our server. She was very nice and friendly. You could tell she really cared. It made the whole experience so good! The food was also amazing. Turkey bacon was cooked perfectly and the protein pancakes were amazing! Highly recommend coming here!“

“We come to this location a couple times a year & always have good service & food but today I just thought I should give a special shout-out for Mariah (sp?)…… she was absolutely adorable, joyful & attentive. It was my granddaughter & I with one of my best friends and Mariah just added the cherry on top with her cheerful & responsive disposition. She definitely deserves props! Thanks Mariah!!!☀️“
