“The food was really good, and the young ladies running the operation today, were awesome! The only gripe I have, is that they need to give more rice and beans. I'm of Latin decent, and we like our beans and rice. Unfortunately, the beans and rice were more like a sample tasting size. LOL

“Stumbled upon this spot while in the area. I'm so glad I did. It has an open inviting dining space and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and hit the spot. I ordered the biscuit with fried chicken, goat cheese, and pepper jelly. The pepper jelly gave it just the right amount of kick! I also got a vanilla maple latte which was one of the best coffee drinks I've had in a long time.“

“We had such a wonderful experience with Juanita! We came in with my two grandchildren and my 91-year-old mother, so we had a few special requests, and Juanita could not have been more patient, kind, and accommodating. Nothing seemed like too much trouble, and she made sure everyone at our table was comfortable and had exactly what they needed. She was attentive without rushing us and had such a warm, friendly attitude. Juanita was everything you could ask for in a waitress and truly made our meal that much more enjoyable. She is an absolute gem, and we hope the restaurant knows how lucky they are to have her!“

Food made to order, coffee from Rome Italy, quality facilitation from local suppliers. There’s more too, Luis is a conversationalist. Honestly it is worth just sitting at the coffee bar. Go in the building, yes it is a medical building, but once you know about it you will keep coming back. Otherwise just Grub-hub it. This place feels takeout oriented, but for me I like to eat inside. A must try for Marietta locals.“

“We came to IHOP this morning to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and unfortunately, our experience with our first server was very disappointing.

When she first approached our table, she did not introduce herself or tell us her name. She asked if we were ready to order drinks, and we told her we needed a little more time. When she returned, I asked if the apple juice was from the fountain. She said no, so I politely asked what brand it was. She appeared annoyed, rolled her eyes, and walked away to ask someone. When she came back, she simply asked, “Do you want it?” I said yes and thanked her.

When she brought the apple juice, she literally tossed the straws onto our table. Her overall attitude came across as condescending, impatient, and rude.

I have worked as a server for 25 years and have trained servers in hospitality, so I completely understand that working with the public is not always easy. That is exactly why I initially gave her grace. However, when the attitude continued, I decided it would be better to quietly ask the host if we could move to another table and have a different server. I didn’t explain why because I didn’t want to make a scene, especially on my daughter’s birthday.

Thankfully, we were then taken care of by Maya, and the difference was immediate. Maya approached our table with a smile, introduced herself, was welcoming, and answered every question I had without making me feel like I was bothering her. She showed us the type of service and hospitality that guests should receive.

I had the five and dime chicken sandwich with sausage gravy, and my daughter had the regular chicken biscuit. My daughter enjoyed her chicken biscuit, but the five and dime chicken biscuit I had made my taste buds do a dance! It was great! And if all of that weren't enough, the prices are extremely reasonable and the quantity of food hit the spot. Maple Street Biscuit Company has not seen the last of us. “Went to eat here at 3 am after being at ER 11 hours! Most perfect meals! My husband got the All Star well done waffle, total perfection! I got patty melt with well done hash browns. Everything was perfect! Waffle House Heaven! Rock Star on grill, great service! 😃“

“Waffle House Wade Green (really Busbee) has consistently been the best around for at least a decade. And I've tried them all. But I'm an easy-going guest; more importantly, the entire staff (cooks included) is absolutely wonderful toward my little girl, who has no inhibitions about making herself right at Waffle Home 🤦 lol. “I go out to the one on 92 because of the consistency. Came a couple weeks back, they were slow and completely disinterested in working. Cook was rambling and singing while stumbling around the store; meanwhile, the delivery clearly needed to be put away. The bacon/sausage/meat products were sitting out the entire hour or so we were there. Was excited when they opened but every time I've given them a try, they've gotten worse. Easily the worst Waffle House in the area.
