“Today I had the distinct pleasure of eating at Cafe Bom Dia and let me say, it truly is the (Bom)b! The turkey and waffle sandwich was delicious and perfect. It was a perfect blend of fresh, savory, crunchy, soft, hot, and delicious. The walnut bread is to die for and so is the iced coffee. If I could give this place six stars, I would!“

“Stumbled upon this spot while in the area. I'm so glad I did. It has an open inviting dining space and friendly atmosphere. The food was delicious and hit the spot. I ordered the biscuit with fried chicken, goat cheese, and pepper jelly. The pepper jelly gave it just the right amount of kick! I also got a vanilla maple latte which was one of the best coffee drinks I've had in a long time.“

Go in the building, yes it is a medical building, but once you know about it you will keep coming back. Otherwise just Grub-hub it. This place feels takeout oriented, but for me I like to eat inside. And if all of that weren't enough, the prices are extremely reasonable and the quantity of food hit the spot. Maple Street Biscuit Company has not seen the last of us. “It's IHOP, you know? This one is clean and pleasant. Server was very cordial. Food was good- typical IHOP. Had to wait a bit for my food and when I got it it wasn't hot. Pancakes were cool (butter wouldn't melt on them), and the cheese had already melted on my hash browns. As I type this I've been waiting a while for my check so I can pay and go.“
