We went around 2pm today,there was 6 booths,2 tables with people and only 4 at bar,out of over 30 tables there,we had to wait 20mins to be seated,made no since when there was no one hardly there.
very disappointed.
I placed an online order tonight around 8:10pm for a pickup time of 9pm. I ordered 10 boneless teriyaki wings, with fries, 2 ranch dips, a drink, and chocolate cake. I arrived to pick it up right at 9pm. The lady at the takeout counter was on the phone when I got there. I waited for several minutes and more than 5 team members passed by me and never acknowledged me. One guy finally stopped and gave me my order.
