I ordered through UberEats and I want to say my driver was awesome! However the food coming out of the Hiram location is horrible. The chicken seems fine but the fries were soggy and not cooked as requested, food was missing and the fries were all over the bag. Tried to call the store they’re having technical difficulties and not answering the phones. Turned the issue into UberEats and they only refunded me $5! Marking another one off the list…
Place is absolutely trash. 1 hour spent on the phone trying to get someone to answer because my order was delivered wrong. Decided to drive up there and was told they couldn’t fix my order even thought they sent me the incorrect items. Was told to contact DoorDash when I didn’t place the order through DoorDash. This is the absolute worst by far! Never gets the order right. Never any tenders so they just put extra boneless or fries whichever they choose. Will not refund online orders when they mess it up. So you are stuck with whatever they decide to give you. NEVER AGAIN!
