“Customer service were absolutely very respectful, and took care of all of my needs (asking for lots of sauce condiments). Nyketa Carr, Poonie and the other staff is veryyyyyyyyyyy helpful absolutely my favorite to on my break for lunch or afterwardss .“

“My husband and I stayed at this travel plaza while doing a reset. Truck Drivers! This location was very clean and the staff was kind and polite. They was working y’all! I’m talking about everybody working, managers and leads. They even had lunch rush and handled it with such ease. We sat there playing on our phones and waiting on a load, and had the very pleasant opportunity of eating a delicious Whopper Jr. and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Even while cleaning they didn’t have that loud bleach smell and that infamous dirty wash rag they clean everything with. The staff was communicating with the guests and handling orders, correcting orders, and preparing for heavy traffic times as well. We enjoyed our time and I’m glad to see people actually working again. Working together.“
