“Food was great I ordered a lot of food and got it quickly and I needed help to my car being iam a old man but needless to say a young lady helped me to my car and I tried to give her a 15 cent tip and she replied keep your money iam happy to do this I was impressed the people that work there really care“
“This has been a truly remarkable bad visit. We entered the drive thru at 8:30PM. We were not able to place our order for 10 minutes, and the only reason we didn't leave was that we were boxed in and unable to without driving down a ravine. The time on the receipt on our bag was 8:45PM.The person taking our order barely spoke to us, asking "what do you want", "what's your name" and then "pull around". After another 10 minutes, we finally reached the first window. The cashier did not appear until after we had waited for 5 minutes, and visibly played with their phone for several minutes before opening the window, taking our card without speaking to us, running it, and not giving us a receipt.Eventually we got to the pickup window. The employee opened the window, asked "what your name is?", then closed it and walked away. After a minute or so he came back and asked my name again. Then he left and got in an argument with another employee. Eventually he gave us our food and closed the window without speaking another word. At this time it was 9:12PM.We ordered two value meals. We received children's drinks, and the drinks were incorrect. The fries were dry and cold, as were the two burgers. We did not receive the Hershey pie we ordered at all.In total we spent nearly an hour in the drive thru to get an incomplete, incorrect, cold order from employees who barely acknowledged us.It should be noted that the only receipt we received was the receipt on the bag, which doesn't show the cost of the order or the store number; this seems like a great way for employees to make it hard for people to complain about their service.“
“My work and college are less than a mile away from this location. I love this restaurant. I probably go five times a week. Great staff. Really can’t say enough great things about the people that work there. A million miles above McDonald’s staff. The food is always perfect and affordable for a student like me. Whether I’m eating inside or picking up a mobile order from the drive-thru, my experience is always great. Occasionally they can’t hear through the drive thru speaker, but that’s not their fault. The store manager has really created a pleasant environment. Even if it is a stressful and busy time of the day, they are great. Sometimes even entertaining. I would recommend and choose this location over 95% of fast food restaurants in the area.“
“The lady that took our order was very pleasant and appeared to be happy to be at work. Normally, in fast food, that is not the case. Our food came out hot and fresh. The manager also came out to the dining room to make sure it was nice and tidy, and he spoke to all the patrons to make sure we were all good. No complaints. Give this crew a raise! ?“
“Quick, courteous service. The pic is the ghost pepper Whopper. Spicier than Wendy's ghost pepper chicken sandwich.The orange bun was a little bit, ummm, extra? Not sure why it is orange. Doesn't seem to add to the taste. Did they put hot sauce in the dough?“
“Been LOVING Burger King lately because their competitor is dropping the ball. Tried to order Breakfast more than an hour after they opened at "the Arches" and many of our desired items were "unavailable" due to lack of staff (we found out later).But here, the service has always been good and our breakfast favorites are almost always available.“
“I went into the restaurant to eat on my lunch break today. I got a double whopper meal and a 12 piece chicken fry. That whopper was the absolute best whopper ive eaten in my life. Temperature was spot on, the toppings were fresh, the perfect amount of condiments and the appearance of the whopper itself looked like a commercial whopper. Absolutely phenomenal. Good job to whoever made it.“
