“We ordered delivery & had a door dasher pick our order up cause we was staying at the Microtel Hotel…… The driver basically stole our food but offered to bring it to me if I would give him gas money so I called the store & spoke with Seth about what was going on & he remade our food & personally delivered it to us! He was AWESOME!!!! He just don’t know how appreciative we were that he came to our rescue from the almost Feral 5 yr old that thought she wasn’t getting her PIZZA……. Customer Service is SUPERB!!!!!!“

“I've had some service issues at this location in the past but this trip was pretty good. The food was great, atmosphere was a little off. There was just no one eating in the dining room at lunchtime. They are decorating for Halloween so props for the seasonal atmosphere.“

“Not worth $19.20. We ordered two cheeseburgers combos. We didn’t like the thin meet patties. The crinkle fries were good and the sweet tea is ok. It’s our first time here and decided to eat here due to all the hype and it’s always busy. We don’t understand. What are we missing?“

Parking: Best parking in town is free pavement no sink holes like Florida you go in for a dinner and come out to find out your car was ate by a giant sinkhole! Oh plenty of room also straight lines not like Alabama you know they mark the parking spots like a 3 yr old using Crayola also there's variety you can get sunlight or night time environment deal pretty good come visit!

“Greg was absolutely amazing. He was able to help me with my order and his personality is a testament to his skills as a cook five star review all around, simply due to the fact that Greg not only knows what he’s doing…cares about it what he does!!“

“I would like to start off by saying that the cashier was overall ok. Our first interaction didn’t go so smooth because he was not properly trained in the menu, However after I asked for a refund he showed me the menu in which I showed him where the menu item was. After realizing that the item I asked for was there he quickly got it for me free of charge for the inconvenience and thanked me for showing him. The food was ok as well a little burnt but overall good.“

“Food is always got and fresh, and 8/10 times, the service is friendly. There are big inconsistencies with sauces. Sometimes you get them, but often, I ask twice and still don't get them. That is frustrating, but other than that, this is the best Panda Express I've been to.“

“On May 31, 2024 at 10:35-10:50, the woman making biscuits was literally screaming at the other workers, cussing at them, yelling for them to "shit the F up" and "I'm not F'ing play" really loud. The entire store could hear her. She was wadding up the biscuits instead of wrapping them, and literally tossing them almost off the counter (one employee actually had to CATCH the food from hitting the floor). The one bagging the food was having to open the wadded wrappers to figure out what it was bc she couldnt tell. Then, other customers were coming back over and over again that were COMPLETELY wrong, and she got an attitude over having to fix her own errors. Other customers were complaining about her and her attitude, and we all were pretty upset. There were children in there!“

“First time at this location. After reading the reviews, I was hesitant. Walked in around noon and only had one person in front of me. The gentleman working was friendly and started my sandwich after a few moments. I ordered my normal salami footlong on Italian with shredded jack cheese, bell peppers, tomato (which I never get, but looked riped) jalapeno, bannana pepper, little lettuce, mayo, southwest chipotle, spices, oil and vinegar. The bread looked like it was slightly over baked but still soft. I would have got red onion, but I noticed there wasn't any out. There was almost a full bag of uncut onions in plain view, but im guessing they just hadn't got them on the line yet. My sandwich was great, and I am often in the jasper area, so I will definitely be back.“

“The person that took our order was very nice. We tried the Ghost Pepper sandwich and it was good. It seems to be just as spicy as the Spicy Chicken sandwich. The Red Beans and Rice and Mac and Cheese were wonderful as always. We ordered a chocolate chip biscuit and told her it was our first time to try it. She let us know that they must make them individually and it would take about 5 minutes. We were fine with that and she said she would bring it to our table. She did that and brought us an extra one - a very special treat. That was a much appreciated gift! The biscuits were delicious. All our food was hot and the restaurant was clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal!“
