Had a event this pass Saturday! Talked to Chick-fil-A Jasper Ga . and gave them our order and time we needed to pick food up. We’ll arrived at restaurant about 10 minutes before pickup time . They immediately jumped into action and put everything together for my pickup in bags etc and was so nice kind and helpful in getting order to my truck. The people running the Chick-fil-A managers to the owner were very nice friendly and very kind.

Chick-fil-A recently opened a new location, and overall, customers are pleased with the food and service. Many appreciate having it nearby, especially since the food quality remains consistent with other branches, whether for breakfast or dinner. The drive-thru and mobile app are popular choices to avoid long lines, which are common for new restaurants. Orders are generally correct and arrive quickly, with some customers mentioning that their meals, like chicken burritos and salads, met expectations. However, there have been some issues during the opening period. Wait times at the window can be longer than usual, sometimes around 10 minutes, and orders may occasionally be incomplete or delayed. Customers hope these kinks will be worked out soon. The staff, mostly young and new to the job, show effort, though some reviews suggest improvements in friendliness and attentiveness could enhance the experience. The restaurant is praised for its cleanliness and friendly team, and many look forward to future improvements. Overall, Chick-fil-A in this location provides good food and service, with the potential to become a strong addition to the community once initial teething problems are resolved.
