Mary Ann's Country Cooking

Busy Saturday morning with only one waitress who was running her butt off. Food was very good. The reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is the less than appealing menu, of which there are only 3 apparently. Looks like several people used it as a napkin. We didn’t even want to touch it.

I have to say that this is a very refreshing find in North Georgia. I've been blessed to travel all over this nation. I've been blessed to eat at countless restaurants. I've had the $100 steaks, I've eaten in some of the finest restaurants this country has to offer with some of the finest chefs some that actually star on Food Network. But I also love good old fashioned country cooking. I was raised in the country. It's my comfort food. And I'm telling you this is the real deal....read full review

We just had breakfast at MaryAnns. We had come in yesterday for the first time for lunch. The staff is so sweet. We got to meet MaryAnn who answered questions and chatted with us for a bit. We found that she offered breakfast but not waffles and then my husband told her that tomorrow would be my birthday and that I wanted to find a place that served waffles.
