Starbucks in Johns Creek

“This has have been by far the best experience I have had at Starbucks since I moved to GA in 2016. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming and Kayla made the BEST drinks we have EVER had at any Starbucks! Her personality, spirit and energy is so fitting for her position but quite frankly I believe she should be a manager because her spirit of excellence shines through. My family and I had decided we would not be going to Starbucks anymore at the beginning of the month because of the experiences we were having at our local Starbucks in Suwanee on Peachtree Industrial Blvd. The drinks are always bad in the mornings and the staff isn’t friendly. This group here at Medlock was a welcomed joy to experience and their synergy was awe inspiring. Nick was also very kind. When the employees looked at you they smiled and welcomed you in like they were happy to have us there, which was enough to brighten a day. We will definitely be coming back as long as Kayla is there making drinks and bringing joy with her bubbly spirit and smile!

Arise, shine for you light has come for the glory of the Lord. Today, I felt like I got a little taste of heaven because of Kayla, Nick and the young lady at the drive thru not to meant the demure (lol) presentation of my drink and croissant!“

“The baristas at this location are always so personable, helpful, and lovely to speak to.This location doesn't have a drive through (and other locations nearby do) but I find myself gravitating to this one even though it takes a little extra time to go in and order because it's so pleasant to say hello.

My food has always been correct, and so have my drinks—I can always trust them to make my order correctly, and even if I made a mistake, I know they'd make it right for me. I even learned more about my options for a drink I purchase often on this past trip, because my barista heard me say I love the pumpkin season and was excited to tell me more about it!

I'm also VERY easily distracted, and quite forgetful much of the time...which means that on MORE than one occasion, I have ordered a drink and food, and then simply....walked out without one or the other because I forgot about it. An attentive barista has noticed this EVERY time it's happened and grabbed my attention on my way out, or on one occasion, even ran after me with my egg bites to make sure I had them!

I appreciate their care and attention to detail so much, and I'm grateful to have access to a location where they make me feel seen and cared about.“

“I always order ahead and then stop in and grab my order before going to work. Everyone that works there is very nice and they always have my order ready. Even though I only live two miles from the place, it only takes me a few minutes to get there. Everything is always fresh and good, and my coffee is always made exactly as ordered. They don't have a huge selection of tumblers and mugs, but they do have some for sale. It's a pretty big Starbucks, and there always seems to be a space to sit down and work if needed, and they have plenty of seating outside. All in all a really good Starbucks.“
