I understand it was a busy friday night but the standards are not acceptable. I chose the Dairy free ice cream because I cannot have dairy and I watched the worker put it straight onto a dirty stone and it was covered in dairy ice cream that’s not safe. I also watched a worker take someone’s half eaten ice cream back from a kid to put some more toppings on i’m not sure if gloves were changed but it made me uncomfortable. I had a pretty good experience coming to Cold Stone Creamery. It was my first time ordering here, and the place was packed, so that's always good, business wise. The employees were all kind and worked very hard to get every customer order done efficiently and rapidly.

The ice cream was very good! They were a little busy which is good! Customer service was great also!
