Staff was very rude and innattentive. No refills provided despite McAllister's website stating they offer free refills at all locations. Very frustrating.
I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They went out of their way to make sure everything was just right.
