Hidden fee of $20 per night, per vehicle for parking, making a paid parking lot keeps you from parking anywhere near for room. Bedding has red childrens hand prints on them which I didn't notice until our last day, no duvet cover, just extra flat sheets to act as a duvet cover, they advertise and sell pizza toppings that they don't have, and don't offer a partial refund or a new pizza when you get rubberized shredded chicken from the salad bar instead of crispy buffalo chicken,...read full review
We’ve been twice once in 2025 and once in 2024 and we loved every minute of it.
My younger child absolutely loves GW, my 16 y.o. is aging out of it. We haven't ever had any issues that haven't been satisfactorily resolved. My only complaints/recommendations are that once the chairs and tables are taken in the water park you're out of luck, as people pretty much camp for the day, and the water park not opening until 10am on weekdays (including weekday holidays) is insane!
