“It’s Chick-fil-A. No surprises. Food is usually exactly what you expect. Occasionally they mess up the order. Occasionally it takes longer than it should. Friendly without popping up every time you put food in your mouth to ask questions. Drive-thru tends to be a touch slow at times but never bad enough to feel the need to complain because they generally acknowledge when there’s an issue. It would be nice if I could check-in on my app rather than at the drive-thru ordering board. Dinning room is too small. Bathrooms are poorly located forcing customers that have already eaten to break through the actively ordering line. Cramped parking lot.“
