“It’s Chick-fil-A. No surprises. Food is usually exactly what you expect. Occasionally they mess up the order. Occasionally it takes longer than it should. Friendly without popping up every time you put food in your mouth to ask questions. Drive-thru tends to be a touch slow at times but never bad enough to feel the need to complain because they generally acknowledge when there’s an issue. It would be nice if I could check-in on my app rather than at the drive-thru ordering board. Dinning room is too small. Bathrooms are poorly located forcing customers that have already eaten to break through the actively ordering line. Cramped parking lot.“
“It's always a pleasure at CFA! As usual, the workers were helpful, food was delicious, and the restaurant was clean. Why don't people eat more chicken?! (Oh wait, they do).
My one serious problem with the restaurant is the prices have gone through the roof. I believe in making a profit, and I know all about inflation, but this is ridiculous.
With my family we're almost paying what we would at a nice, sit down restaurant. Help us out here, CFA!“
