They don’t let you customize how you want your coffee (less sweet) so I don’t add any syrup and ask in the front and add as much or as little as I need.The ladies in the front understand that you can’t customize and they are very accommodating. Good here is less greasy then most Dunkin’s which I like!“

“I went to this location this morning and used the curbside service. I ordered breakfast and a caramel iced coffee. The young lady that delivered it had exceptional customer service. My coffee wasn’t to my liking and she asked how I’d like it went back inside and made it PERFECT!! Wish I’d gotten her name but it was at 8:35am. We need more customer service oriented people working with the public because she definitely made my morning!! Thank you!!!“

“Went back to Micky D's to welcome back the steak bagel. I quit frequenting breakfast there due to all the changes. I was very disappointed in the comeback, as the steak was thin and full of gristle. Service and staff were awesome at this location!“

“My mom and I had lunch at McDonald's in lagrange, georgia where Osirus politely took our order. The medium size cup lids were out. And I told the young man, and immediately he retrieved two lids, I proceeded to fill the lids. I asked about salt while he was filling the lids. He immediately stop what he was doing to get the salt. Thank you for the best service ever and kudos McDonald's for having hired.“
