“I ordered the Strawberry Crunch cake and Ooooohhhhh my lawd, it was superb!!! It was delicious and just right, not too sweet! The cake was delicious even without the whipped cream. I want to say I prefer whip over icing any day. The strawberries were fresh, juicy and so good! Thier customer service is top notch! The owner, Earah, is amazing and truly loves her product and her customers!! Don't hesitate to purchase you wont be disappointed!“

“Never in my thousands of days did I dream I could get a perfectly laminated and baked croissant outside of Europe, NYC, or a specialty bakery, but I did just that 15 minutes ago here. Sorry no photo; I was done savoring every crumb before I even thought about getting out my phone. The care and pride that they have in service and quality here is something you just don’t see today. Honestly, I haven’t seen it in 20 years at most coffee shops, and I was a well-trained barista and cook back then. This place is special. Keep it alive, keep it well funded, and just keep it going! (Literally breathing in the parchment paper my pastry came wrapped in. Mythical.)“

“My father and I have birthdays 2 days apart from one another. Westley baked a custom cake for me- cinnamon bun with cream cheese icing and pecans…🤤 Westley did NOT disappoint!! First off, the cake was HUGE (you definitely get your money’s worth) and the cake was DE-LIC-OUS!!! We cut into the cake on my father’s birthday and two days later on my birthday, the cake was just as good as the first day we cut into it! So moist and flavorful and not too sweet! Absolute perfection. Thank you SO much for a wonderful first experience. I WILL be a return customer.“

“Blue rooster in Monroe did my wedding cake and it was amazing! Beautiful and tasty. Maddy was very easy to work with and did our cake exactly how we wanted it. They are a little pricy but so worth it. The cake was all eaten up at the wedding.“

The Agege bread is very delicious and it doesn’t give stomach ache like some of the other Agege bread I have tried . I drive 45 minutes to get Agege bread and Meatpie and other pastries here. “Tried this place for lunch today. They are my work neighbor. OMG! Why did I wait so long to try?? I had the Griot, White rice, gravy, black beans on the side, and pickliz. I don't like beans..but, these are delicious. The Pickliz is insanely hot, but amazing flavor. I have never had pork this tender before. Evans was so nice and helpful! We will be back. And, often! Next to try: black rice!“

“As a Haitian who misses my grandmothers cooking, this food was so good! It really settled my craving for it. A great amount of food, more than enough! “Placed an order which wasn't delivered. I was out of the country and couldn't really follow-up until my return. I found out I had the NE and NW mixed up. My order was delivered, but we don't know who to! They were so kind to redo the whole order and personally delivered it. This is amazing customer service! Had to give them a shout out because this type of great service doesn't happen often. Thank you!“
