“I will always return to this place. It’s amazing. The food is so good. The owner is friendly and Francis understands customer service and remembers faces. Thats what you need in a proper establishment. Add to that, the food lives up to the hype. Yeah, I’ll return and bringing everyone with me. I like the jollof, the goat, fish, jerk chicken. It’s all tasty. You won’t be displeased.“

“While I'm usually quite particular, I must say the suya and jollof rice were delightful. The service was commendable, the waitresses were bad AF and met all my expectations surprisingly. The hookah surpassed my expectations with its unexpectedly smooth flavor. If you're in Atlanta, it's definitely worth a visit. The ambiance is sexy, and the music creates a great vibe. I'd rate it 10/10.“

“Best somalian food so delicious and great customer service“
“Just wanted to leave a review of this spot that I found on my lunch break. First time to the area so I wanted to try something new and flavorful. I asked the woman what was good to try. She said the goat spaghetti or chicken spaghetti which both looked amazing. Since I had a taste for rice she recommended this dish. I don’t know what it’s called but it was phenomenal! It is beef, rice, tomato, and salad. The flavor is unmatched to anything I’ve eaten in a very long time, and I’m PICKY. I would definitely give 5 stars. The sauce was spicy but in a good way. I didn’t want it to end when I finished. So good and very worth the price.“

“Very disappointed I ordered over $100 worth of food on 9/7 @6:30pm, when I went to pick it up they were CLOSED. No one answered and no one is there. I guess this is why everyone goes to Ikes. Then the owner cas and says we'll have our money back in a few days.I WILL BE GOING TO IKES. THANKS“

“We stopped in on a whim. Never had Nigerian food. Didn't get a heavy meal, but the chicken skewers, plantains and soup were delicious. The Decor is beautiful and Chef Greg was so gracious.“

“I visited this cozy little restaurant and really enjoyed the warm atmosphere. The assorted pepper soup and beans with fried plantain were both delicious and well-prepared. However, the service was a bit clumsy, as only one person was serving all the customers, which made things a bit slow and disorganized. The owner came out to assist at some point, and she was very pleasant and welcoming. That said, they definitely need more hands on deck to improve efficiency and service flow. With better staffing, this place could really shine.“

“It's a Nigeria kitchen. I had their amala special: a plate of amala, abula soup (a mixture of ewedu, gbegiri, and stew), they made it so that you can choose your protein, so I chose mackerel fish, all served by the pretty chubby lady on duty. I like the fact that you can scan their menu using a barcode on glass right at the beginning of their canter structure. That's how I knew about amala special. I would have just had something else. We also got their peanut, it taste very good.
I gave them 4 stars for service for a subjective minor 'error'. I requested a bottle of water, but I took my food to the table because my friend was being attended to, thinking the lady helping with drinks would bring my water. I waited a bit and had to go back to ask for the water before I started eating. While I understand it might be a culture that customers pick up every item at the canter, I would have appreciated it if I was notified to wait for my bottle of water. I'm not particularly holding this against them. It's probably an oversight. I also had difficulty finding their washbasin/sink for washing hand. So, I'll suggest you ask if it's your first time. It's located around the canter where you'll place your order.
Trust me, I enjoyed their food, and everyone was amazing. I'll go back again and again.“

“I briefly visited the place for lunch. Really enjoyed the taste of King fish and Zarruq meat dish with rice. They have a special orange drink which is combination of soda with some spices. I would recommend visiting and enjoying the taste of African food. Staff is nice but environment can be improved.“
