“We have been eating at Pippins for decades! Best overall BBQ on the south side (IMHO). Their BBQ is the standard we judge all other BBQ by. Their pulled pork is great. Their slaw is the only slaw I eat at any restaurant. Their Brunswick stew is hands down the best anywhere!! I love brisket but have never tried Pippins’ brisket until tonight…..and all but two bites went in the trash. The brisket had a very rubbery texture when chewed and had an odd taste…..hubs thought so too. So, I highly recommend you come enjoy their pulled pork plates, but skip the brisket!“

“We drove 9hrs from indiana for 5 key lime cakes. The ribs brisket and wings were amazing and loved the bbq sauce.we will be back in a few months for another weekend date night. Great bunch of people!“

“Did a curbside order tonight and meal was ready on time. I paid extra for a loaded potato but when I got bone there were no toppings in my bag, no bread or cinnamon butter and no utensils. I understand it is the Holidays but it doesn't take but a couple of minutes to double check orders. The other Texas Roadhouse we have tried have been great. I guess here in McDonough we will have to keep using Long Horns.“

I wish I remembered our servers name because I'd love to give her credit for being so nice. We didn't realize they closed at 9, and we're still eating at 9:15ish. They have a charge for meat you don't finish, so we were really trying lol but she didn't rush us at all I felt super bad. Besides that, the food was really good. It's kinda pricey, all you can eat, 2 drinks, and a decent tip we're about $130~ but it was worth it for a fun dinner experience we don't have very often. Won't be back until we have another special occasion just because price but highly recommend. Drinks were a little weak and texas margarita just tasted like orange juice.“

“I have always enjoyed dining at this location. This is a busy location & they are very well staffed to handle the large volume of customers. Our meal was great, as usual with our server doing a great job. We ordered French Onion soup & asked the server to please make sure it's hot. She acknowledged our request stating the soup sometimes is not served at the best temperature. The serving temperature of Longhorns soup is less than desirable but that's a post for another day. We look forward to meeting our friends & dining at this Longhorn location.“
