“I ordered lunch for my office to be delivered, I screwed up the delivery address and even after speaking with the delivery driver and relayed the correct address he still marked my order as delivered to an unknown location. The owner called me and told me that she would make my food fresh and deliver it herself, which she did. I will order again and again from this restaurant because even though it was my mistake they made it right. The food is excellent but the genuine care and kindness is what will keep me coming back.“

While we ate, we watched the drive through and someone who ordered only shortly after we did finally got their food just as we finished our meal... Definitely stick to going inside and don't try the drive thru.

“The people are very sweet, really take the time to make the orders correctly, and keep things organized in the way of the heavy traffic flow. That lunch time rush is a monster, but I can’t say that I’ve ever had to wait. In and out every time I’ve been and that’s pretty frequently.“

“My kids and I stopped by for lunch, it was very busy but the staff and managers were all very efficient, friendly and had great customer service. The restaurant was clean, and I even noticed their health code inspection was a 96! I know there were other choices to chose from but we were all glad that we chose steak and shake. The food was 100% accurate, hot and fresh! We had a great experience there and will definitely be returning“

“First of all, I am a Burger King fiend. I don't eat fast food really, except for BK, and l've eaten at literally 100 plus locations, probably more, all over the entire country. I buy so much Burger king, I actually have a corporate Representatives phone number, and typically they read my reviews and reach out to me when I'm at a less than impressive location, so trust that this review is real.
I typically don't give five stars for fast food, but the way that this place has been bashed, it's justified. First I went in, and the very nice lady acknowledge me and asked me if I had been helped, which I helped myself because I made a mobile order. She then offered me a cup of sweet tea! But politely declined, because that's not really my gig.
The other nice kid in the back, also offered me some other food other than what I ordered but I politely decline that too, because I don't eat much fast food.
I ordered my signature Whopper, heavy all including jalapenos. Probably 7 out of 10 BKs Give me what I actually order. THIS BK Whopper, WAS.ON.POINT. probably in the top five Whoppers of all time that I've had all over the US.
This location was particularly very very clean. You can even see scrub marks, where they scrub down the stainless steel in the back. The drink station was nice and tidy, and the dining room was clean as well
Very very very good experience here, and I ended up in Locust Grove by chance last night, but this is definitely one of the better BK's I've been to in America.

“Every time I come to this location there’s only one person working. Each time the employee working has such a great attitude and still gives excellent customer service. I always get an apology for the wait, even though the wait isn’t even that bad considering it’s ONE person working by themselves. Plus the pizza is always hot and fresh. 🤤“

“I came into the store today to place a large order for our company. The store manager, Carmesia and Tabitha were extremely helpful. I needed to place an order for several employees that I’ve never met. They were patient and very kind in helping me make my selection. This location is extremely clean and with this kind of customer service, there’s absolutely no reason for me to go anywhere else for my catering needs!“
