“I have really mixed feelings about this location. Sometimes I have the best experience and sometimes it’s a terrible experience. I write, really just to notify the managers of some problem areas. I almost never have a bad experience in the morning, yes it is busy, but it’s Starbucks in the morning. I am always greeted with cheer and my coffee is ALWAYS right and ALWAYS good. If I visit this location in the afternoon 9/10 is a bad experience, the coffee is terrible and the customer service is bad. The workers don’t even speak to you when you walk in, there is nothing that makes your experience good in the afternoon. Just from reading other reviews, I think it maybe time to re-evaluate staff or maybe they just need additional training, either way I’ll continue to come I just avoid it later in the day.“

“I never write reviews but I got served by Jae today really nice guy with freckles. He was the epitome of customer service. I am on a new diet and I am normally at Starbucks all the time but didn’t know what I wanted. I had a lot of questions and he was so patient and explained everything to me with kindness. Sad this is so rare nowadays but we need more ppl like Jae. - the girl with oatmeal questions 😂“
