Panera Bread Reviews
They refuse to give you the pickle that goes with the cold sandwiches.
Julia was the manager on duty and working the drive thru on 1/6/23 at 630 pm. She needs to go back to training. Staff did not greet my daughter nor I. She was wearing gloves and texting and grabbed our food with the same gloves. I was so disgusted

Panera Bread offers good quality food and a decent atmosphere, although the service could be improved. The restaurant has some better pricing and new menu options. It is known as the cleanest and most friendly Panera in the area, with a staff that has improved over time. Customers appreciate the great customer service provided by Zamaira, Aliyah, and Von, who consistently make visits enjoyable with their kindness, politeness, and friendly personalities. The staff often goes above and beyond, with one employee even returning to check on customers during events like a baby shower, making the experience special. However, recent experiences have also highlighted concerns, as some customers have felt uncomfortable due to inappropriate behavior by a staff member, which has affected their perception of the restaurant. Overall, many find the environment welcoming and the food satisfying, but there is room for further improvement in safety and service.
