“This was the most magnificent sandwich I’ve ever tasted. I may be dramatic but when I took that first bite of that club on a sub after a 8 hour shift, I transcended. It was nice and hot, the flavors in my mouth were spectacular along with the sweetness of the meat, the freshness of veggies and the crunch of the pickle!! Chefs kiss. Service was so friendly and warm and they had that baby ready in two shakes and bakes, it came out super quick. The team members were very friendly. I ordered it to go but something told me to eat it right now while it’s fresh and BOY WAS THAT THE WAY TO GO! Thank you for the lovely experience, 10000 OUTTA 10!!? it couldn’t have been more perfect“

“I cannot express how much i enjoy going into this location to order now. The management here has improved tremendously i was coming here during covid and i had stopped because how unprofessional and unpleasant this store was. I decided to give this store another shot after a bad experience with another location in Monroe. The store looked very clean, smelt clean, and the service is received was exceptional. My food was delicious! I ordered a 26 and it was so fresh. The cheese was CHEESINNNNN. A+++ to management and staff. You have a loyal customer again

“I haven’t been in Subway for a couple of years now. This location by far exceeds my expectations. The attention to detail especially ordering on the app has been spot on for me. I went to the other location that’s almost in Grayson yesterday because the Loganville location was closed. Huge difference in how the details of what I wanted on the sandwich were followed. I will not go back to that location.“

“It’s best practice when a customer enters the store for the server to either Wash their hands or use hand sanitizer on two different occasions, I’ve come into the restaurant and the server was holding his phone and immediately put on gloves and started fixing my sandwich. The second time I came in the server was adjusting his headphones the part that goes on the ear and immediately put on Gloves. The food is great. The store is clean, but being that you are touching food making food your hands should be clean, even if it’s just hand sanitizer.“

“Huge shoutout to Esperanza at the Jersey Mike’s in Grayson, GA. It’s been a long time since I enjoyed a Jersey Mike’s sub the way I did today. The sandwiches were made with real care and attention, and honestly reminded me of how great subs were growing up in New York.
My entire team loved their lunch — quiet room, happy faces, and not a crumb left behind. Please give Esperanza a great holiday gift and a raise — she truly deserves it! Thank you for making our day a little better.“

“1/18/23 was my first time at this location. the staff were nice and friendly. my turkey bacon ranch footlong was DELICIOUS! the sandwich ONLY was $13.24. 😳 unless I can find a coupon, it'll be awhile before I go back. other than the price, everything else was fine.“

“Everything was great, only one small complaint was if you say a little vinegar or oil, it means just a small amount. When I said just a little he poured the bottle🤣🤣 not only on my sandwich but those in front of me as well🤪. I think it's a learning curve but nevertheless keep up the good work.“

“Well let's first start by saying how immaculately clean the subway is if you look at the machines ,the areas that you get your food ,the areas you get your drinks ,everywhere is so clean I mean, spotless. I'm not going to lie. I didn't even get any food, but when I say ,the atmosphere makes me wanna get food and the service of the people there this makes me smile and I just wanna say thank you guys!! “Please see my letter to corporate, whom I hope will recognize this manager and her team for the work they are doing. To Whom It May Concern: My name is Jennifer Turner-Lynn, and I visited the 860 Duluth Highway, Unit 1040, Lawrenceville, Ga, Firehouse Subs location on the evening of December 11, 2021. As someone who works for a non-profit and who also works closely with the public, I am all too familiar with the inclination of folks to complain versus praise, and so I wanted to make it a point to highlight your exemplary staff and the very touching situation that unfolded that evening. My husband loves Firehouse subs, especially since he is a firefighter and a paramedic, so we decided to stop in prior to watching a movie across the road. When my husband and I arrived, there was one other couple dining in, but by the time our food arrived, we were solo, in addition of course to your team. Shortly thereafter, a single female entered the restaurant. She presented with some challenges – either homeless, mental health, maybe a combination of both. She went to the counter and told the manager that she was hungry. My ears perked up at this point, as I work with victims of domestic violence, human trafficking, and sexual assault many of whom often experience homelessness, mental health, and substance use challenges. The manager, Alyssa, simply looked at the young woman and told her she would be glad to make her something to eat. She treated her with dignity, respect, and compassion – I’m tearing up just recalling her breadth of humanity. The firehouse team went to work, with everyone simply treating this young woman like a paying customer, and more importantly like a human. I don’t know what your company policy is on “free” food, but in case there are some “terms,” I wanted to share that your manager’s graciousness resulted in me going to the counter and purchasing a $25.00 food card for them to place with her meal, so that she could return as a paying customer in the future. The entire situation touched my heart and my spirit. Your manager and her team should be recognized for their integrity, and more importantly, for how well they represented your company during this exchange. As we close out this Christmas season and begin a year anew, my hope is that you all will take this opportunity to thank them and to recognize them for the amazing people that they are. My husband as a first responder, and myself as a victim advocate, we do what we do to make a difference in our world. It’s incredibly important that all people, irregardless of their titles, know that their simple acts of kindness can make a world of difference, even if for only just that one person. Thank you for your consideration and for taking the time to read my letter. Your company should be proud. Respectfully Submitted,“

“Best subway I’ve ever been to hands down. I love their friendly staff and short wait times. They make their sandwiches with quality and care and they keep the place very clean. I’ll never go to another Subway location besides this one in the Riverside plaza. Thanks guys!!!“
