I want to send a special shout out to April from AddiCakes Cupcakes! She made the cupcakes for our wedding and since we got a surprise cake from my auntie, there were lots of cupcakes left over. I brought some home and put them in the fridge and forgot about them. I went to eat one as a midnight snack tonight and couldn't believe how soft, moist, and tasty those things still are and the icing is superb! OK, after having a serious cupcake crave, I stopped by my fav shop only to find them closed on Wednesdays. Call today and they are now open Thurs-Saturday (closing at 6pm for this season). I guess they are expanding their hours later, but I didn't want anyone to be crushed like me if they tried to get one on Wednesday.

Driest and worst cupcake ever at the Monroe Festival. It was like tasting one that expired two weeks ago. Paid 4 dollars for this dry cupcake and then had to pay 5 dollars elsewhere for a drink to get my saliva back and wet my throat. Terrible. Icing was even hard and dry.
