“I really wanted to mark "NO" but I really like smoothie king and I'm just VERY ANNOYED by the app and this new location. I made an online app order today after receiving coupons in the mail for this new location. I placed a pickup order and the app didn't have anywhere to apply the coupons so when I got there I asked and he said, "no the app doesn't have a place for coupons you have to come in" (he was nice, polite and apologized). I know this is beyond his control but the coupon DOES NOT say it has to be used in the store only, nor did he offer to refund me the difference in exchange for the coupon. As much as I like Smoothie King I feel like there needs to be better training (I don't see why he couldn't have just refunded the difference and he didn't offer any solution). These coupons were mailed to "current resident", expires in 7 days, and due to the pandemic we only order online (again the coupon did not state in store only). Given this was my first visit to this location I just left and will have to decide if it's worth the hassle, and cost, to return.“

“I absolutely love this smoothie spot! The ingredients are fresh, the flavors are perfectly balanced, and you can really taste the quality. The staff is friendly and helpful, and menu has a great variety! It will be my new go-to place I highly recommend!“

“I had a great experience here. The smoothie was good, and since I was the only customer at the time, the atmosphere was calm and quiet. I ran into an issue while redeeming a reward, but Anu handled it promptly and professionally. She was very helpful and accommodating throughout my visit. No complaints whatsoever!
I also picked up a couple Immunity shots.“

“Bill is so sweet and genuine. I told him how I was feeling and what my dietary restrictions and he helped me create a custom smoothie. It was soooo yummy- not too sweet, really hit the spot. It gave me the energy to finish my day and I truly felt amazing. I’ll definitely be back!“

“I believe it is the manager that typically makes the smoothies and they literally the best! I’ve been to the Planet Smoothie on Roswell Rd and they can never get my smoothie to taste just right. I’ve never had a bad smoothie from this location and the customer service is always on point!“

“First time at a smoothie king, they were friendly and very helpful because I was overwhelmed with the menu and choices. It's fairly affordable and healthy if you get their smoothies, and you also get $3 off if you join their rewards program, which they told me about so I paid $4 for a 20oz smoothie 😀. Two ladies helped me, don't know names but it was 430pm on Jul 3.“

“We just had the BEST experience at this smoothie king. I want to say his name was Teren (it’s on the receipt but I’m not sure if that’s who took our order) was immaculate. We got free samples of their new menu items & he was so kind in offering us everything after we just had a really rough delayed overnight flight. This man absolutely needs a raise!!!“

“I love this cute little coffee shop! I came into Georgia to visit friends/get some work done. I tried many different coffee shops all over the area and this was my favorite by far! I instantly felt welcomed, the barista had the best personality, she lit up the entire room, and the coffee was spot on. As a fellow coffee shop owner in Texas I’m only sort of picky!“

“Elizabeth provide excellent customer service showing above and beyond service which is rear now days. She notice I came in with another bowl from another smoothie king and came to this location to get another açaí bowl with added strawberries since the location down the rd on South cobb. She offered a scoop of strawberries for the inconvenience which I stated my son was fine with the mango but the offer was much appreciated. In the end I ended up buying another bowl with the added strawberries. I saw all this because I saw her mindful of my previous experience and provide excellent welcoming environment. Oh also the who team welcomed me in when I arrived. This is my new location when getting my açai bowls and smoothies!“
