“Stopped for dinner on a road trip. Appreciated the kids’ indoor playground for them to get their energy out. Staff was friendly. Paid $50 for dinner for a family of 5 with three young children…definitely pricey for fast food, but okay as a special occasion on vacation.

“Very busy location but nice young lady met us at the door and offered to have us sit down so she could take our order on her iPad like device. Nice touch so are family didn’t have to wait in the long line. Well done and another customer service focused improvement during a very busy time of the day.“
“Chick-fl-a, you all do a lot right, but chicken strips isn’t one. I’ve ordered these in two different locations and have been disappointed each time. The strips are two breaded and greasy. More bread than chicken which holds the grease in. Your customer service is exceptional and I applaud your training.“
“First time at this particular location. It was interesting to have where you sit down and they come to the table and take your order. Although I had to flag someone down to come over and take her order the food was hot and fresh. Definitely enjoyed my visit.“
“I worked at CFA at multiple stores for five years… eaten a lot of chicken sandwiches… but, the chicken sandwich I just got from this store at peak lunch rush was seriously the BEST I have ever had. Perfectly breaded, beautifully toasted and buttered buns, and it tasted amazing. Whoever is back there breading, GOOD JOB! Nothing bad to say about this store. Drive thru layout in the parking lot is wacky, but still got through very quickly for lunch rush.“
