Chick-fil-A in Macon

“My breakfast order got canceled because I was 10 seconds late to scanning it in. One of the drive thru workers helped me resolve my issue, got me my entire meal and kept a positive attitude. Such an amazing and dedicated worker with amazing patience especially at so early in the morning. I have missed this location being open!!!“

On the morning of 2/27/26, I went to the Eisenhower location and could see both lanes were backed up almost to the road so I jumped on interstate heading to Dunkin and thought I would check out the Zebulon location lanes. I saw that there was a long line but could not assess the mobile lane. I whipped up in there and no one was in mobile drive so I hit my online app order. I was thankful whomever prepared my order gave me more packets of sugar as I had underestimated how many I would need as this was my first cup of hot coffee from Chic Fila. I also ordered a cookie which was warm when it came out. I was so appreciative I got a warm cookie and a great cup of Joe this morning. Thanks so much Zebulon Road location. I appreciate the excellent service.“

The nuggets, waffle fries, and sides are just as consistently delicious.The staff stands out for being friendly, polite, and attentive, making the dining experience smooth and enjoyable. Drive-thru and in-store service are both fast and efficient, even during busy hours.“

“Chick-fl-a, you all do a lot right, but chicken strips isn’t one. I’ve ordered these in two different locations and have been disappointed each time. The strips are two breaded and greasy. More bread than chicken which holds the grease in. Your customer service is exceptional and I applaud your training.“

“I had a very bad experience about 3 months ago therefore I was extremely hesitant to stop today.
A coworker asked me to grab their food and Katelyn changed my entire mind, giving me a pleaser experience. She listened to me first and foremost and her warm smile and bubbly responses convinced me to try the new caramelized bacon spicy chicken sandwich. Thank you ❤️
