Poor quality service at this Zaxbys. We waited at the drive-thru to order for over 6 min and no one ever acknowledged us as we were saying hello and we'd like to order. We proceed and pull to the window and inform the associate that we were not an on-line order as she asked and informed her that we waited in line to order and no one ever acknowledged us. She proceeds to ask for our order and then stops to tell us we'd have have to drive back around and order from drive-thru microphone....read full review
Over the course of the last few months, this locations food and service just keeps getting worse and worse. I cannot count how many times our order has been incorrect and we’ve had to go back in to fix the situation. Employees couldn’t care less of mistakes. Salads have missing ingredients or ingredients added when we asked them be removed. When we’ve asked for grilled chicken in our salad we’ve gotten a mixture of fried and grilled.
