“Never had a bad experience friendly staff but I order a 4 for 10 roast beefs along with a French dip.meal was not good got home French dip meal bread stale no frys and warter down soda the 4 for 10 was good but I was the only customer at the counter how you forget frys and why your French dip bread stale and your soda warter down and the tea soured it not worth spending money anymore eating out I give up on Madison resterants not telling Noone not to stop here just my experience“

“I feel like good customer service is so rare in the fast food industry today that when it occurs it should be celebrated. I made a quick pit stop off this exit for a late lunch/early dinner. The two gentlemen working on Tuesday 2-18 around 4pm were exceptional. You could hear kindness in the voice of the one taking my order. He remained so polite and genuine from start to finish. Service was fast, order was correct and the food was good. Well done!“

“Ate here for dinner with some family members while returning home from Augusta. Our meal which consisted of fried chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, biscuits and coleslaw was delicious. The restaurant was pristine and clean while the employees were cordial and kind. A good experience.“
