Abbie was the greatest American Deli associate I have ever had. She was very knowledgeable and professional. Her personality and patience with me was top notch. She was so kind and helpful I had to get some more food. She was full of smiles and her customer service was impressive. Great kitchen staff as well. Never been so happy with spending all my money on this Great experience. This location will be my new favorite place. Whoever trained her and the rest of that team, they...read full review

American Deli is a great spot for tasty wings at a decent price. The wings come nicely coated in various flavors and sauces, and pairing them with sides like sliced celery, carrots, or fries enhances the experience. If you like your wings extra crispy, this is the location to go to—they cook the wings to perfection every time. While the food is super awesome, the customer service received mixed reviews. The host was friendly and patient, but some staff members were rude, especially close to closing time. When busy, they don’t answer the phone, which can be frustrating. Despite this, the cashier helped improve the situation and allowed customers to order their desired combos. It's recommended to visit this place early to avoid any potential service issues. Most locations are closed on Sundays, but the Sandy Plains Road spot is open every day except Tuesdays, and there’s another location in Town Center Mall.
