The staff for go Karting didn’t know how to deal with kids. It was our first time and our last. The lady when we checked in told us that we may be able to squeeze into a junior kart so we could go the same time as our 7 year old. I took that as parents don’t normally ride those so we just got a ticket for our daughter. When it came time for my daughter to go, they didn’t explain anything to her. Normally I don't go out of my way to leave reviews for franchise companies, but our experience today at your location was nothing less than stellar. We arrived unannounced with a party of 12 to celebrate my son's birthday. The sweet lady at the front door took time to explain the process of filing out waivers on the kiosks and then directed us to the front counter, where we met Ema. HORRIBLE!!! If you’re planning to go with just you and your one or two kids you should be fine. We decided to come back and plan my 7yr old party here for today and the entire experience was terrible. 1st issue was they have nowhere to store your cake and suggest you walk around with it, 2nd issue was all of the kids didn’t get pizza or drinks.
