Came in to treat myself on my home from work. I redeemed a 20% off coupon on the app. When I tried to redeem it, Luke was having trouble adding it to my total. His coworker and manager couldn't do anything, and the time limit on the coupon expired. I told him that I lost the coupon and couldn't get it back, and he took my order and was about to throw it in the trash.
