“I originally placed an order for delivery but I got a call from Raphael (Rafael?) that they didn’t have any delivery drivers today and if I wanted to switch it to pickup. It’s close so I had no problem picking it up. When we went to pick it up we found this kid working the entire store by himself, answering phones, making pizzas, greeting customers. He didn’t have a bad attitude and was patient and calm with a great positive attitude. Our food came out better than it ever has before when ordering here and it was just him working there. I don’t know how much they pay him, but it’s not enough. That type of work ethic is not around these days and when others would have just quit or let the rude customers beat them down, he didn’t.“
“in my opinion they are under-rated!!!!! This location has strong ties with the community and I frequent this location and its sister company on Shallowford Rd, Atlanta. I often place very large orders with specified times for delivery and the food is never late! im not sure how they make 80 pizzas by noon and make it to my office by 1 right on time but im impressed! bravo“
“I honestly don’t know why there are so many complaints here?? I’m new to Marco‘s based on a recommendation from a friend. I ordered pizza delivery three times from Marco’s and I’ve never had a problem. The pizza tasted great and it was made correctly.
The only reason I gave it 4 stars was because they didn’t add the extra red sauce I requested to my pizza and they didn’t ask me if I wanted garlic sauce. 😳“
