About Island Paradise

Island Paradise offers delicious oxtails that never disappoint, with friendly customer service that goes above and beyond. Customers praise the food's authentic flavor, noting that everything is fresh, seasoned to perfection, and made with love. The oxtails are described as fall-off-the-bone tender, and the Rasta Pasta with shrimp is a must-try, featuring perfectly cooked shrimp, creamy and spiced sauce, and colorful bell peppers—each bite bursting with Caribbean flair. The chicken soup is also highlighted for having the perfect amount of heat, and the rice and peas, cabbage, and plantains are appreciated for bringing the meal together beautifully. The staff is warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere full of good vibes. While some reviews mention that the mac & cheese and cabbage lacked flavor, the overall experience is positive, and many customers find the portion sizes satisfying. The stew chicken is sometimes noted as dry and lacking sauce, but the restaurant’s oxtails and Rasta Pasta remain standout dishes worth trying. Island Paradise is a place to enjoy authentic Jamaican food that hits the spot.
