We stopped at the gift shop and had a chat with the owner, ordered 2 loaves of their fresh delicious bread, and came back for dinner at the café. It was amazing and the service was top notch! The experience was so wonderful that we came back for breakfast. If you are ever in this neck of the woods, give them a try, you won't regret it!”

Let me preface this by saying we order from here pretty much weekly and usually have a pretty large order.

Today I had an issue with the sausage on our pizzas tasting off, so I called Papa John’s today to let the manager know. I even explained that it could just be us and that I hated to complain; I simply wanted to bring it to their attention.

The manager was wonderful! She said she would check the sausage and, if it tasted off to her too, she would throw it away and make us new pizzas. About an hour later, we had two fresh, hot pizzas delivered to our door!

I really appreciate the way this was handled. Nobody made me feel bad for speaking up, and they went out of their way to make things right. That’s excellent customer service, and it deserves recognition. I don’t remember the manager’s name, but I hope this review reaches her and her team. Thank you for taking our concerns seriously and making sure we had a good experience!”

“It was late so im giving the benefit of doubt but every plate of food I made myself I felt like I had to hold back because how little food there was versus how many people were there i didn't want to take a full helping of what I was getting because the next person wouldn't have gotten anything”
