About Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings in Summerville offers a variety of meals, including house salads, boneless wings, and Zac snack meals. Customers generally find the food to be delicious, hot, and fresh, with friendly staff and a clean restaurant environment. Many appreciate the quality of the food and the quick service, especially when meals are prepared correctly and employees are attentive. A few reviews mention issues such as long wait times, with one customer waiting at least 45 minutes at the drive-thru, and some orders arriving incomplete or with incorrect portions. In these cases, employees like Mary and Jennifer stood out for their helpfulness and willingness to resolve problems, with Mary fixing a missing order and Jennifer ensuring a positive experience after an app order mistake. However, there are concerns about the quality of the drinks, specifically the Coca-Cola, which customers describe as consistently poor. Despite these issues, the restaurant maintains a good reputation, partly due to the friendly staff and clean environment, making it a popular spot for repeat visits. Overall, Zaxby's Summerville is appreciated for its tasty food and caring employees, though improvements in wait times and drink quality could enhance the experience further.

Came here with my church group, they were very nice and everyone got their food in a reasonable amount of time. 👍

Usually I go in the evenings and food is always fresh. Most of the time there is a wait.
