“As a 20 yr veteran of the food business I have been disappointed in what our industry has turned into.
However I really want to brag on Ms. Morgan our server we had today. Being a holiday I expected so so service, however I got the complete opposite. Our server was very attentive without being over bearing. She kept us very informed of everything that was going on and had a great attitude on top of everything else.
If you are visiting this location please ask for Ms. Morgan as your server.“

“I selected that I would recommend The Buff BUT I came here to say I had the worst meal there yesterday. I love their burgers and sweet potato fries among other menu items. I go there fairly often. Had a delicious burger two weeks ago. Yesterday the burger was dry and I think it had been cooked a while before I ordred it. Did not complain since main concern was the sweet potato fries. Ate burger since I was hungry. The fries , each one, were burned. Therefore they were tough and inedible. Literal black on ends and the sides of each one. She brought a "fresh batch" when I complained. They were still hard but main issue was they were LOADED with salt. I can eat salty food but these were also inedible. I asked her to take upgrade charge of $2 off fries and after consulting someone she did remove the charge. My lunch companion's food (which included regular fries) were fine along with the fried pickles appetizer. I was very disappointed and no effort from anyone there to apologize or offer any explantion.“

“Food was great. The Philly cheesesteak eggroll was amazing. The honey lemon pepper wings were too! Fries are what you are expecting. The front register person was not very personable. She let my food sit out after being ready for a while and was on her phone instead of calling my name and telling me it was ready. Usually don't care, but I have a limited lunch time. Otherwise, delicious food.“

“I’ve been here a few times and every time I’ve been it’s been a wonderful experience. The staff have always been accommodating and patient.

I would like to compliment two servers specifically. I had arrived late one night, just 45 minutes to closing, Laura was quick with my order, patient as well, and tolerated me despite my late night delirium.

Abigail was also a wonderful server who got our food to us in a timely manner, while also keeping us informed of a delay in our food.

The manager was very friendly. Talking to us and ensuring we had a good time. I highly recommend this AppleBees if you’re ever in the mood for food.“

“I was there today meeting my 10-year-old son for lunch so I could see him and give him his presents. My son is my world and lives with his father so I drive 3 hours just to see his face no matter how short the time. I don’t get to see him often because of the distance. I’m not a well off mother and wasn’t able to get him as much as I would have loved to this year. Well, while we ate our lunch and after he opened his gifts a very nice waitress approached our table with a very nice monetary gift from an anonymous source. I’m not going to lie, I couldn’t hold back the tears. I asked her who it was and she stayed true to her words to keep it anonymous. Then, when it was time to pay, I asked for the check and our bill was completely covered. Again, I cried. When I cried and explained why I was there, the servers around teared up with me. I can tell the staff at this establishment all carry big hearts and love for their patrons. Not just the staff, but the patrons. To whoever it was who blessed my son and I today, thank you. I wish I could tell you the impact you had on me today. If you’re reading this, thank you. And thank you to the kind staff who played a role in service today. We’re definitely coming back for the next lunch with hugs and thank yous for all!“

“Be helpful if they actually get a cook , that knows how to cook and prepare eggs . I mean, it's basic cooking skills 101. If you can't properly prepare an egg , then you don't need to work at a place that sells the majority of breakfast style meals“

“Went to meet my boys who are down there for school, for some wings and football. We were sat right away. Berkley, I believe was our servers name got our drink and app order right away. She waited until our apps came out to take our order for wings. The wings were great!! Our drink glasses never got low. Over all just a great day hanging with my 2 boys.“
