Took a person forever to come out and wait on me and 3 other people. I called their number to get someone to come from in the back. No one at register for a while. No apology. Young girll with long blonde streaked hair at 6:30 on July 25.

Shane's Rib Shack offers a mixed dining experience. While the service and music inside are great, takeout orders can sometimes be challenging. The peach cobbler is highly recommended and tastes just like homemade. The peach tea is refreshing, and the sweet tea is also good. The atmosphere is nice, and the staff is friendly, though service can be slow at times. The BBQ sandwich was ok, the pile of fries with BBQ and sauce was extremely salty. The Brunswick Stew was delicious. The manager in Milledgeville was very polite and didn't hesitate to redo an order. The burger and fries were good. Overall, the restaurant provides a good variety of barbecue favorites, with some standout desserts and drinks.
