Nicely priced lunch specials menu with several familiar choices - I had house fried rice with egg drop soup with pork egg roll. Wifey had General Tso’s chicken with fried rice, wonton soup and pork egg roll. Soups came out quickly. Mains followed in reasonable timing. Coca-cola fountain drinks available with free refills. Dishes were well prepared and moderately seasoned. I’m sure if you wanted more or less spice-wise they would accommodate. Will be back and explore the menu further. “Whenever we decide to have Chinese food, we always eat here. The food has consistently been great, and while the portion sizes have shrunk a bit, it’s still enough for two meals. Sometimes, we order extra meat just to make sure there’s enough. We also tried that another spot a few miles away at Bethelview and 20, but it gives me a nauseous feeling every time we eat there—definitely too much MSG in their food. Parking: Free parking. No one in the parking lot this late at night. Last time I went here in the afternoon their was still plenty of parking.“

“Now called Chef’s House – Peking Duck, a re-branding of Kung Fu Kitchen with same owner. I think the change happened July/ August of 2019. The décor is still the martial arts theme. We went there for lunch to celebrate someone’s recovery from illness so they went all out. We ordered their Peking Duck, Lobster, Fish and a few other vegetable dishes. All were good. The Peking duck was very good! The skin is thin and crispy while the meat is tender and juicy. After carving the duck, they used the rest of the duck to make a delectable soup from it! I’ve been in Atlanta for 11 years and this is the first time I had Peking duck here. Granted, I also didn’t go out seeking it either. I didn’t frequent Kung Fu Kitchen much so I don’t know what business was like. The business was brisk during my visit but another table also ordered Peking Duck.“

I loved the chicken and vegetables, but the fried rice was a little bland but it balanced out when combined with the chicken and vegetables. They also gave a healthy portion for the amount I paid. I gave a 4 out of 5 because of the take out box and the fried rice. It was seeping out from the sides and it was hard to eat without it getting on my scrubs. I was eating in my car by the way. My bill came out to 16.95 + tip. So all in all its a good place to come to if you are looking for a Chinese restaurant with good customer service, fast service and tasty food.“

“Beef Ho Fun and Singapore rice noodles are my favorite dishes. The beef is so tender and is a must try items if you ever visit chopsticks. Parking: Plenty of parking all over ?

Kid-friendliness: When I came to pick up my take-out order, I brought my two young children in with me. The people running the place looked to be the owners. Quite sure it's an authentic family run place. There was a little boy behind the front counter playing with Easter eggs and eating his chocolate. When he saw my kids, without hesitation, he gave both of my kids and Easter egg with chocolate inside. If that's not kid friendly, I don't know what is....“
