“You don’t even need to read my review to know it was good. My receipt literally had Chinese on it, and they had their kids doing homework in the back. I ordered the Hunan Beef with fried rice, and it came with an egg roll and egg drop soup. The portion size was nice and big. I walked in and got my order within about 8 minutes of placing it.“

My only issue is ordering during lunch, you get baby egg rolls. Make sure to ask for dinner sizes. Otherwise really good food and the owners are nice.“

Parking: Free parking. No one in the parking lot this late at night. Last time I went here in the afternoon their was still plenty of parking.“

“I went here with my brother and I got the chicken lo mein it was good the portion size was amazing but I would not recommend you to reheat the lo mein all in all the place is good and the ppl there are the nicest ppl ever I would go back to the place“

“Now called Chef’s House – Peking Duck, a re-branding of Kung Fu Kitchen with same owner. I think the change happened July/ August of 2019. The décor is still the martial arts theme. We went there for lunch to celebrate someone’s recovery from illness so they went all out. We ordered their Peking Duck, Lobster, Fish and a few other vegetable dishes. All were good. The Peking duck was very good! The skin is thin and crispy while the meat is tender and juicy. After carving the duck, they used the rest of the duck to make a delectable soup from it! I’ve been in Atlanta for 11 years and this is the first time I had Peking duck here. Granted, I also didn’t go out seeking it either. I didn’t frequent Kung Fu Kitchen much so I don’t know what business was like. The business was brisk during my visit but another table also ordered Peking Duck.“

I called the restaurant to place my order to go and it was very fast and easy. The lady, who also gave me my order at the restaurant I assume, was very nice and polite. My order was ready when I got there. I ordered egg rolls and the lunch portion of the chicken and rice. I loved the chicken and vegetables, but the fried rice was a little bland but it balanced out when combined with the chicken and vegetables. They also gave a healthy portion for the amount I paid. I gave a 4 out of 5 because of the take out box and the fried rice. It was seeping out from the sides and it was hard to eat without it getting on my scrubs. I was eating in my car by the way. My bill came out to 16.95 + tip. So all in all its a good place to come to if you are looking for a Chinese restaurant with good customer service, fast service and tasty food.“

Even though there are many, many Chinese restaurants in this area, most were mediocre at best. Tonight, I tried The Pearl and it was absolutely outstanding! The best Chinese food that I have had anywhere in the US, including NYC and San Francisco. The restaurant itself is very nice and clean and you are immediately greeted by a very friendly hostess so the first impression is excellent. The servers are very attentive and fast and the food arrives quickly. The food is perfectly prepared and the flavor is distinctly better than other Chinese restaurants but the very noticeable difference was the quality of their ingredients. Everything, meat and all vegetables, seemed to be very fresh and very high quality products. For the best Chinese meal that you have ever tasted, you must try The Pearl!“
