“Bruster’s in Monroe is an absolute gem! The staff here is friendly, respectful, and always make the experience enjoyable. Unlike the rude service I experienced at the Athens location, the Monroe team actually knows how to treat customers with kindness and professionalism. They greet you with a smile, are happy to answer questions, and never make you feel like a bother. The ice cream is delicious (as always), but it’s the customer service that really sets this location apart. I’ll gladly drive the extra miles just to be served by people who actually care. Five stars to the Monroe crew — keep it up!“

“I don't eat out much due to medical reasons but when I decide to go here, the service is always great they serve thy best ice cream in my opinion, and it's worth the wait
