First visit to the grumpy pig. No wait and the ribs were fresh off the grill. Everything hot! The ribs were amazing so whoever was on the grill after 5pm 10/10 he did a great job. As for the sides the beans were good. However i did not enjoy the Mac n cheese. The best sauce was the sweet heat followed by the peach. All of the staff were nice also. Will visit for breakfast.

The Grumpy Pig is a BBQ restaurant located fifteen minutes from downtown Newnan straight out Hwy 29. The owners are friendly and treat you like family. The food is excellent, with fresh ribs off the grill, chopped pork, smoked turkey, and beef brisket. The turkey is a big, thick slice, and the brisket is good without sauce. The ribs are amazing, and the pork portion is huge. Sides include beans, coleslaw, smoked mac n cheese, and Mac & cheese. The best sauce is the sweet heat followed by the peach, and there is also a hot mustard sauce and a peach bbque sauce that are both unique. The portions are better than a typical franchise Barbacue, the prices are reasonable, and the ambiance is nice and comfortable. Homemade banana pudding and sweet tea with a Moon Pie are also available. The staff are nice, and the place is a fantastic little gem.
