“I visit this establishment quite frequently; I was there on Saturday May 10th with my son and his family for Mother's Day. Everything was wonderful to the fact I encouraged my sisters to go with me last night, I bragged about the food and the new boomerang cocktail drink for $10. We visited last night May 18th, and the service and food wasn't up to par. We didn't complain or anything we just ask for our check to pay and go on about our business. A young man walked up to our table and asked how everything was I assumed that by looking at our plates he could tell something wasn't right. The lobster tail was way overcooked or steamed, the broccoli was so over cooked that I could've made mash potatoes, the bone in steaks had so much fat (lean) meat on it was ridiculous. To our surprise the manger comped the entire meal, we wanted to pay for the appetizers as the was delicious. The manger name I believe was Tracy. He handled the situation empathy and concern as all managers should have the same mentality, put themselves in other people shoes. Consistency om the food should be a goal for your establishment. I will definitely visit again soon due to the way your manger handled the situation. Please forgive me if I have the wrong name for the manager, I do believe it was Tracy however whomever was on duty Sunday night May 19th is very observant. Thank you for your time“

“Stopped by for breakfast on our way to our final destination. The Sprite was not quite Sprite initially, but our waitress promptly and politely replaced our drinks. The steak was excellent, and the food overall was pretty good. Good music and nice atmosphere.“

“the steaks are terrible. new York strip was overcooked well, asked med rare. way over seasoned, pepper is all I tasted and tough as shoe soles. the blooming chicken was bland and dry as a add-on.everything else loaded mashed,onion soup and new chicken Sriracha was great. this is not Stockbridge this was at snellville location.“

“From the moment we entered and were greeted by Kadeya who seated us and made some excellent recommendations to the awesome table service by Tonya to our amazing meal this was an extraordinary experience! The restaurant is lovely and quiet so you can enjoy a relaxing and delicious meal without all the noise and clamor. To top it off we were visited by Cornelius the Asst Food and Beverage Ops Manager! He was engaging and also offered suggestions about Cocktails! We would definitely recommend Bentley's. And when in the Atlanta area will return.“

Our server Chris was fantastic, he is top notch. My favorite thing of the night was the Chocolate Stampede Cake is to die for. Look forward for the next trip.“

“Just when you think customer service no longer exist, you find this place. Lisa C (as the receipt says) was amazing, but not just her everyone we encountered here. The food was good, me and my wife was able to split the full rack of ribs and one bite in we were full. The brownie dessert was huge the whole family ate on it. My God this place felt like you were in the sweet town of Chattanooga. This was my first time and I promise won’t be the last. I love this place.“
