“I get a coffee here a few times a week and I’ve been helped by quite a few Baristas. But I had a standout experience
I normally order ahead so it’s ready when I get there. One day I showed up and sat down and Janaiya, One of my regular baristas, called me over and let me know that when I walked in she didn’t see my ticket but she made my drink anyway. Turns out I ordered at a different location by accident. It’s rare to receive this level of service so I figured I’d write a review. 10 out of 10. Would definitely recommend!

“I will admit I'm not a coffee person. Yet with cooler weather in our area, friends convinced me to have a Starbucks beverage. The personal care and attention to details were impressive. Not knowing all the brand has to offer, the associate was more than informative when assisting me. And t noticed that anyone that had anything to do with making my coffee, signed their name or initials were written on my cup.“
“The people at this Starbucks in Kroger are so nice! I've never had a bad experience. Today my son and I went in and 2 guys were working (I regret not getting their names!) But, they were SO SWEET and talkative and really made my day. Our drinks came out perfect and they were so nice to my 7 year old. Thank yall so much!“
“I loved everything about my experience here. The employees especially Daisy was so kind to me and my friends and gave us a lot of small talk which made my day a lot better. It sounds corny but the small talk that Daisy gave me made my day a whole lot better. I’ve never had an employee make my experience at any cafe so significantly better but Daisy did. I love this starbucks.“
“This is the best Starbucks I have been too. I wanted to try a drink with oat milk and they made me a tiny one and it was great. I have been hooked on oat milk ever since. That small act of kindness made my day so much bc my morning had started off a little crazy. It really showed there is still kindness out there in the service world. Thanks to the staff here for always making sure I have a great morning when I come through! You guys are the true MVP.“
