McDonald's in Norcross

“Well, they saved the night after all other restaurants were closed late at night. Burgers flavor was good, but the double pattie was very small.
Fries looks like the leftovers.
Very few and cutted half.
Again, thanks for being open late, but service, food quality, and availability of menu could improve.“

As a heads-up, this is a review from a one-time visit while working as a delivery driver.

I came through here near 12:30AM Saturday night (technically Sunday morning) I had an Uber-Eats order to deliver that was only 2 miles away from here, and figured I would get a mobile order for myself to snack on. While waiting 8n line, a DoorDash order came up that was only half a mile in the same direction, so I ended up with three orders going in.

The line was slow but steady. This wasn’t surprising, since it's the only 24-hour place in any direction for a bit.

But even though I had three separate orders from three different apps, there was no confusion getting everything together. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure the orders matched up, and that i confirmed the order. This was a big one to me. I always try to confirm best I can, considering you're not supposed to open sealed packages, but have never had the establishment itself overly concerned with me confirming it.

When I delivered the orders, I made sure the customer took a peek inside the bag to confirm any special requests, like extra ketchup, were taken care of too. Nothing was wrong or missed.

As a side benefit, the chicken nuggets I got for myself to snack on were hot, fresh, and delicious, even with such a long line.

“Everything is fine so far but the way they set up the new system where there is no napkins no drinks outside nothing you need you can find you have to always ask and wait on someone to hand you what you need is just awful McDonald's used to be more generous before now they are so cheap.“

“The 11 am crew does what many other McDonald's fast food fail to do which is keeping the restrooms clean, keeping the floors clean, giving good service, good vibes, bringing food on time and correct, not leaving the register unattended for too long and not having personal conversation in the restrooms or at the counter while people wait for their food for too long. This 11 am crew just do everything right.“

“It’s Super busy all the time with long wait in the driveway but it also adds to their burgers and nuggets being served hot, taste fresh and good. Had also ordered the hot fudge sundae which could have been better, didn’t like the chocolate sauce being too thick. The service is little delayed due to long queues.“
