“First time visiting and we had an excellent experience. Friendly, helpful and attentive server. Enjoyed both our meal choices a lot. “This is the closest one to me. Food and service are constantly good. I usually get lucky and miss the crowd. This morning, the grits and gravy were on point, the coffee wash fresh brewed and there was some Conway on the jukebox. I remember back when they didn’t have biscuit and gravy. When I was young getting to sit at the high bar and watch the cooks was something special.Wheelchair accessibility: If I was wheelchairing it, I would turn at the light and again right before the neighborhood. Come from behind the gas station and Burger King. Pull a little past and back in to your spot. Tap on the glass as you take the curb cut and the hostess will come help with the doors. The two low bar sections (2 top & 4 top) are where I would aim to sit. Don’t be afraid to ask, everyone is super sweet but they can’t read minds.“

“I've been going to Waffle House for over 24 years and today was the first time the order came out perfect made to my order. I had medium bacon that wasn't half raw or burnt, over medium eggs runny to perfection, and hash browns covered and peppered that weren't crunchy. The cook responsible for this absolutely perfect meal was named Brittany. I hope I got the spelling right. What a great way to start my day, with this perfectly cooked breakfast. “Ordered a pecan waffle, large breakfast, and double cheeseburger plate with the hash browns all the way. When shown the grape jelly, we asked for and got strawberry, all the while our server was smiling. I asked for, and actually got, extra tomatoes for my burger... Excellent! Ripe, yet firm and juicy, the tomatoes were perfect combo with the onion. Ambience was chill even though the place was busy. It never got too loud. Server was excellent, just the right amount of attention.“

“This is my favorite Waffle House location.They are always friendly and the food is delicious.But the experience I had last Friday was special.I was visiting with my son and eating a meal around 3pm. I was in a very depressed mood because I had an upsetting incident with someone else earlier in the day. “The last of the 3 old Gainesville biscuit joints--Captain Don's and The Biscuit Shoppe, RIP. Cheap and nothing fancy, prices to match. I only get ham or pork tenderloin biscuits, so I can't vouch for anything else. I only do take-out. They are big and tasty, and yes, they have possibly been pre-made and sitting under a heat lamp after a rush sometimes; that's how biscuit places run. Hard to find these little gems these days. I treasure it. (Also, fyi, the biscuits at the Dairy Queen are pretty good, too!)“

The only reason I would come back here is for to see her.
