“From the drive thru menu to the window, 5/5 experience. My order LARGE ICED CHAI TEA LATTE with pistachio and sf vanilla flavor added. Non dairy milk = coconut milk. I use my member (ph) # and was told I had enough points for a free drink so of course I used it :) . Without the points my total would have been $8.__, still a great price.

MY DRINK WAS AMAZING def will order this combo again. There was no line so visit was fast. They're conveniently located in the plaza between ALDI AND HOME DEPOT.“

“This is a 2 part review.
Part 1- The staff here is very friendly and pleasant. 4 stars for service. If drinks came out at the same time for a group, would give 5 stars.
Food availability is inconsistent. Went on a Saturday and all 5 of the items I would have ordered were not available. Still got coffee but had to grab breakfast at another establishment.
Part 2- Atmosphere- Gone are the comfortable seating options and partitions for more privacy that you usually find in a coffee house. Just one long area filled with tables and chairs. Probably a corporate decision since many of the Starbucks remodels look like this one. Not fair to the place I know but the atmosphere is not what it used to be to me because of the layout. No longer come here with a group of friends.“

“We are not local and stopped here on our way home. Our 4 year old LOVES donuts and Heirloom did not disappoint! Ari helped us and she was amazing! (Give her a raise!) Ari was so pleasant and has a beautiful smile. The donuts were tasty and BIG! We will be back!“

“Went there this afternoon around six and I’ve been thinking about it all day. The barista that was there made me the BEST chai latte I have ever tasted in my life. I regularly travel between PTC, Atlanta, and Decatur, and this location is the best I’ve ever been to. Quality is and always has been great and consistent.“

“Always a line but hospitable staff. It's a Starbucks us know theyre all the same just like Chick- fil-A. Watch out for the onslaught of soccer mom's with 9 modifiers delaying the line, but if that's your only complaint then your day is pretty darn smooth right.“

“This location has never gotten my order wrong. My only complaint would be that they were out of pineapple cake! Aside from that, the employee was very friendly and knew how to do his job and did it well!! The drive thru time is always efficient here as well!!“
